Maralynn Maltz brings over 34 years of experience in leadership, training, public relations, marketing, and research. She has worked in the banking, non-profit and education industries in both Oregon and California.
At Wells Fargo Bank Maralynn worked with the corporate banking unit’s Fortune 500 clients in customer relationship management and lending. She also served as a manager for operations employees at multiple bank branches and conducted marketing for the retail banking and the small business banking groups.
Her non-profit work includes roles as Director of Business Development, Community Education, and Development for VNA Care (a nurses’ association in California); a Project Manager, opening new exhibits for A.C. Gilbert’s Discovery Village in Salem, Oregon; and a Program Director for Camp Fire Los Angeles.
One of Maralynn’s passions is early childhood literacy and she has volunteered and worked for several years in public, private, and pre-schools tutoring children in reading.
At Willamette University, Maralynn serves as a faculty supervisor for MBA students taking the Internships for Management course and builds relationships with internship employers. She creates and continuously improves data collection to asses student performance for Assurance of Learning (AOL) accreditation reviews and for administrative and faculty reporting.
Maralynn also runs her own small business as an independent artist.
