First Year Curriculum

The first year curriculum emphasizes learning-by-doing. From the first day of class students apply what they learn to real organizations and develop the tools managers need to lead and succeed. They develop a comprehensive and integrated understanding of management decision-making, and enhance their interpersonal, communication, leadership, team and career management skills. More simply put, it's all about knowledge, real-world experience and professionalism.
