Steven Maser teaches courses in negotiation, conflict management, government-business relationships, public policy and legal and ethical decisions in management. Maser directs student research for the Oregon Ethics in Business program, which he helped found. He has been a consultant to merging organizations, helping them manage conflict and achieve integration, and has published research on government regulation of business and public policy. Maser has directed executive education programs such as the Utility Management Certificate.
