Fitness Center Hours
- Monday–Thursday: 6 a.m.–11 p.m.
- Friday: 6 a.m.–9 p.m.
- Saturday: 10 a.m.–6 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
Wellness programs are abound in the fitness center. You can get a personal trainer, take a non-credit fitness class, complete a fitness challenge, or much more! Check out our programs here!
Sparks Fitness Center has three zones to engage in: Strength, Cardio, and Circuit Training. Each zone is described in more detail below. In addition, adjacent to the fitness center are two multipurpose rooms (MPRs) that can be reserved for groups. Each room has equipment, including stereo equipment, for all to use. All Wellness Program group fitness classes take place in the MPRs. Schedules for MPRs can be found just outside each door from the fitness center.
