Facilities

Fitness. Personal Training. Nutrition. All in one place.

The Fitness Center

Not only is the fitness center a place to workout, but it's offers a space to engage in Fitness Classes, train with our personal trainers, complete our Workout of the Weeks, and learn about important nutrition facts and tips.

We've invested in our facilities to serve your passions. Our Fitness Center includes three main sections-- we have areas for strength training, cardio, and circuit training. Our staff is there to provide a safe and clean environment and to help our users have a great experience while in the Fitness Center. If you have any questions or concerns, please make sure to ask the Fitness Center Staff member on duty.
