Jerry has worked in career services for over 25 years. He has counseled and coached thousands of students and alumni, taught courses in leadership, psychology, and career development in the US as well as over 20 countries abroad, including Africa, South America, Asia, Europe and South Pacific.
As an undergraduate student he worked as a traveling circus clown and/or ringmaster during the summers which he claims was the best job he ever had. His long term passion is to help students discover their own career passions and find success in their chosen vocations. He hails from Los Angeles, and in 2009 he (and his wife Lyndsey - an actor in Hollywood for 30 years) were pleased to join Willamette University in Salem, birthplace of his father's family.
