The Willamette Student Insurance office is located with the Bishop Wellness Center on campus in Baxter Hall. This office provides information about the student insurance plan offered by the University. The office can provide assistance to students in filing insurance claims with the student insurance plan. Students can bring their insurance questions and issues to our office for help working through the "insurance maze."
Students who waive the Willamette University student insurance plan still have access to Bishop Wellness Center.
Many services at Bishop are provided at no charge to students. For further information about services provided go to Bishop Wellness Center website.
The insurance fee will be charged to your student account each semester up front. If you have comparable coverage and wish to submit an application for a waiver please see additional information at Domestic Students or International Students. The Office of Student Accounts will credit your student account for the insurance fee with an accepted waiver submitted prior to the waiver deadline. See the Insurance Requirements to determine credit and program criteria.
