Willamette's motto is inherent in the provision of benefits at our University. Willamette University strives to provide a highly-valued, well-rounded, and comprehensive benefits package that enables our faculty and staff to contribute to our mission without worrying about their health and welfare protections, or their and their family's future.

Faculty and staff who work at least .50 FTE (20 hours per week) are eligible for many benefits. On-going, part time faculty and staff who work at least .60 FTE (24 hours/week) are eligible for medical and dental benefits. Full-time faculty and staff who work .75 FTE (30 hours/week) are eligible to participate in the university's full benefit program.


Open Enrollment for 2016 will start on February 8th and continue through February 26th. This is your time to review your benefit elections and your personal data to ensure that everything is current and accurate. Changes made during this time will go into effect on April 1, 2016.
