WU Guide to Portals (Useful Online Systems) + Campus Resources + Campus Activities

THE OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION HAS PUT TOGETHER THIS PAGE FOR USEFUL LINKS TO RESOURCES AVAILABLE TO YOU ON CAMPUS.   THIS PAGE IS DIVIDED INTO 4 USEFUL SECTIONS.

  1. WU Portals (the way you access information online)
  2. Willamette Campus Resources (printing, tutoring, etc.)
  3. Activities on Campus (events, outdoor, etc.)
  4. Helpful Administrative Offices

WU Portals (academic sites and resources):

**  WU Portal  **

This is the MAIN portal point for your WU life.  It contains the starting point for many other portals you'll be using as a student to manage your student life.  You will access it and all other portals with your WU credentials.  Remember, your WU username is the part of your email before the @willamette.edu.  Your password is the same as your WU email password.

WISE

Through WISE, professors post information on classes including assignments, due dates, class readings, and documents. Students on campus are very familiar with this site, so ask your peers (or OIE staff) for help navigating.

SAGE

SAGE Student Planning is a tool designed to help undergraduate (CAS) students plan their path to degree completion.  Students may create a plan for future semesters, schedule course sections, track progress, request review of their plan by their advisor, and register for courses all in one place.  For help, see the student reference.

Handshake

Through Handshake, you can find and apply to campus job postings.   BE CAREFUL because off-campus jobs are also often listed here.  Remember, as an international student, the only easy employment (and legal) is CAMPUS employment.

Workday

Used for a variety of Human Resources and Payroll processes.  If you work on campus, you will use this portal to update your time sheet so you can be paid.

**  My Folder  **

This is a special portal created just for international students at WU.  It links you to resources you'll need as an international student living in the U.S. and studying at WU.
