The NSOCO student leadership team has designed a diverse group of service activities to fill each day. In addition to serving in the community, there will be time every day when all three Jump Start programs join together for meals and evening activities.
Saturday, August 15

Check - In, Willamette Campus
Check in will be from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. During this time, participants will drop their belongings off in their room, take a photo for their student ID, and spend some time getting to know the leaders and other NSOCO participants.

Team Building and Volunteer Work, Salem Area
We will head out to a local organization.
Sunday, August 16
Local Organization Service, Salem Area
Participants will start their week of service in the Salem community by working with a local organization.
Monday, August 17
Community Organization Service, Salem area
Participants will work with other community organizations throughout the Salem area. Sites to be determined.
Tuesday, August 18
Ropes Course, Salem area
Participants will head out to Youth With A Mission for a day of team-building on their ropes course!
Afterward we will head out to A.C. Gilbert's Discovery Village to learn about their organization and do a bit of service.
Wednesday, August 19
Camp Day, 4-H Center
Sleep in and relaxing day at the 4-H Center.
There will be two service-to-go projects for participants as well as a game room and various outdoor activities.
Thursday, August 20
Opening Days Activities, Willamette Campus
Participants will be back on campus for Opening Days activities at 10:00 a.m.
