HBS-SVMP is a one week management training program designed to increase diversity and opportunity in business education. SVMP participants must be employed in a summer internship and be nominated by and have sponsorship from their company or organization to attend. Sponsoring organizations can include public or private companies, government agencies or entities, and non-profit organizations. In addition, applicants must be United States citizens or permanent residents, and must be rising college seniors who have completed their junior year of college by June of the year in which they attend. Participants will be selected based on academic achievement, demonstrated leadership, and personal characteristics. Academic studies in the field of business are not necessary for selection in this program.
