The Federal Perkins Loan was a low-interest, federal loan program for students with exceptional financial need. The program expired on September 30, 2017 and consequently, Willamette University no longer offers Perkins loans as part of a student's financial aid package.
Heartland Educational Computer Systems, Inc (Heartland ECSI) is the loan servicer for former Willamette students who have outstanding Perkins loan balances. You may check your loan status, manage your account information, and make payments through the Heartland ECSI login. Our school code is Q5.
Effective September 1, 2016, all loan payments must be made through Heartland ECSI.
