3. Where can I get pre-travel immunizations?

Some pharmacies such as Fred Meyer and Safeway, carry limited vaccination for international travel. Safeway provides the following service:

  • Obtain a form at the Safeway Pharmacy department.
  • Fill out a form indicating the countries you will visit.
  • The form is submitted to the Safeway Pharmacist.
  • The Safeway Pharmacist will make recommendations on the types of immunization/drugs and vaccines recommended for the country/countries prior to your international travel
  • Also check with your primary care doctor for any health related issues and recommendations prior to traveling.
