Serves as the primary liaison for the Arts and Humanities departments for all computer related concerns. These responsibilities include the following:
- Providing software support.
- Acting as the primary contact for hardware support.
- Handling equipment ordering or replacement.
- Addressing needs and issues for department labs.
- Assisting departments with the use of university systems like email, websites, and WISE.
- Acting as a member of the Help Desk staff.
