If you are a site manager (with the Instructor or maintain role), you can change the role of any other participant in the site.
- Select Site Info from the tools list in the left-hand navigation bar
- Find the participants name in the Participant list (Hint: if you have a lot of participants, you can change the number of names displayed on a single page).
- Click the arrow in the dropdown box in the Role column and select the desired role. You can make multiple changes at one time.
- When you have updated all participants, click the Update Participants button at the bottom of the page.
