My word for Willamette is...

Community--WU provided me with many opportunities to be involved in worthwhile and fulfilling community projects. For example, I enjoyed helping other students as a member of residence hall government. Student government also allowed me to participate in significant projects that helped people outside of Willamette.

University Priorities for Support Willamette is in the final year of the Campaign for Willamette, our most ambitious fundraising effort in our 166 year history.

We have raised more than $120 million on our way to $125 million. Campaign priorities include

Academic Excellence
Technology
Endowed Scholarships
Facilities, and
Annual Giving.

The first and highest fundraising priority for the University is Annual Giving support to our unrestricted funds. Thousands of alumni, friends, and parents support annual giving each year, providing a reliable revenue stream from which the University can plan its upcoming year, and by which many foundational needs are met for our students and faculty.
