User Services

The User Services group is composed of staff that serve as the initial point of contact for students, staff, and faculty. They have a broad knowledge of all WITS services, along with specialty areas and skills. Their responsibilities include assisting in the use of technology resources, identifying and solving technology-related problems, researching and recommending solutions for various technology needs, teaching technology workshops, and consulting with faculty to help integrate technology into the classroom.
