Unsubscribing from a folder removes it from your folder list in the left frame of the Webmail screen. The folder will still exist on the server, but you will not be able to see it, save messages to it, or retrieve messages from it.

Subscribing to a folder makes it visible and usable again.

Note that there are two columns of folders listed in the Unsubscribe/Subscribe section of the Folders screen. The left column displays currently subscribed folders. The right column displays current unsubscribed folders.

To subscribe, choose a folder in the right column. Click on the folder name to select that folder. You can select multiple folders at once by using CTRL-click (for Windows) or CMD-click (for Mac). When all desired folders are selected, click on Subscribe. The folder you just subscribed to should now appear in the left column.

To unsubscribe, follow the same procedure, except this time, choose a folder from the left column. Click on the folder name to select it, and then click Unsubscribe.

Move an email message from your Inbox to another mail folder

There are two different ways to move a message to a mail folder. The first method may be used while you are looking at the list of messages in your Inbox.

Choose one or more messages to move by clicking in the checkbox to the left of the message. Once a check mark appears in the box, you can select a folder to move the select message(s) to.

Use the Move Selected To: drop-down menu at the top of your message list to select a mail folder. When the appropriate folder has been selected, click the Move button.

The message(s) you checked should now be moved to the mail folder you selected.

The second method for moving a message to a mail folder may be used while you are reading an individual message.

At the bottom of the message screen, there is a drop-down menu labeled Move to:. Use this menu to choose the folder you'd like to move the current message to.

When you have selected the appropriate folder, click the Move button. The current message will be moved to the folder you selected, and you will automatically be sent to the next message in your Inbox.
