Spreading the Word: Remote Learning Solutions
Warren H. Binford
Warren Binford, a Willamette University Assistant Professor of Law, will discuss her experience working with remote learning technology.  Professor Binford has firsthand knowledge of the process of designing and implementing and working with a remote learning solution for her class last semester.  Find out what worked and what didn't.

Collaborative Research
Cheryl Cramer and Kelsey Herb
Whether it's a joint student project or shared research with faculty at far-flung institutions, on-line resources, including blogs, wikis, bookmarking, tagging, and Blackboard, can be used to facilitate collaborative research and writing. Cheryl Cramer, WITS User Services Consultant, and Kelsey Herb, FAST student, will demonstrate how this technology can be used and what makes it so useful to faculty and students.

FAST: The Faculty Assistance Services Team

FAST is a team of WITS student workers who have the skills and training to help faculty design and develop original course-related learning resources and utilize technology in teaching and research. Student members of FAST will be on hand to explain the program and demonstrate some of the the projects they have been working on.

WITS Production is a fee-based graphics and multimedia design team helping the Willamette Community. Come and see examples of posters, mailings and brochures created for campus events and talk with the designers about their work.
