in Residence Halls:
If
you have a problem with the phone line in your residence
hall room, you should report it to your Resident Assistant
(RA) as soon as you notice the problem. Your RA will
then contact the Area Coordinator for your building, who
will submit a Service Request to have repairs made.
If
you have forgotten your long distance access number, please
go to https://secure.willamette.edu/services/admin.cgi/
and click on Telephone Bill. Your access number will
be displayed with your bill.

you know your access number, but are having problems using
it, please contact Linda
