The Willamette Center for Law and Government was established in 2002 to promote the impartial study and understanding of federal-state and government-citizen relations in the United States.
Clinical Law Program
The Clinical Law Program provides students with hands-on, professional experience in actual law practice. The program is generally the capstone of a student’s legal education at Willamette.
Oregon Law Commission
The Oregon Law Commission was created in 1997 by the Legislative Assembly to conduct a continuous program of law reform. There are many methods for reforming Oregon laws, including simplifying, modernizing, and consolidating statutory provisions.
