Green discusses SCOTUS opinion on National Radio Australia

Professor Steven Green, director for Willamette’s Center for Religion, Law and Democracy, was a recent guest on the Religion and Ethics Report on Australia’s National Radio.  In the June 11 broadcast, Green discussed the implications of a recent Supreme Court decision allowing sectarian prayers at the beginning of government meetings. Green co-authored an amicus brief in the case and his argument was cited by Justice Elena Kagan in her lead dissent.
