Petitioner was given a prison release date of April 2016. He argues the Board of Parole and Post Prison Supervision did not properly apply the aggravating factors when considering his release date. However, he did not raise these issues to the Board at the time of his administrative review. Therefore, they cannot be considered under judicial review. Affirmed.
