Evidence was insufficient to support involuntary commitment where the State failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that appellant was unable to provide for her basic needs due to a mental disorder.

After a judgment committing Appellant G. A. K. for a period not to exceed 180 days, appellant argued the State failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence she was unable to provide for her basic needs due to a mental disorder. The State conceded, and the Court accepted the State's concession. Reversed.
