An order committing a person for not more than 180 days under ORS 426.130 must be supported by legally sufficient evidence.

Appellant argued the order committing him as a "person with mental illness" under ORS 426.130 was unsupported by legally sufficient evidence that he is dangerous to others due to a mental illness (ORS 426.005(1)(e)). The State conceded. Reversed.
