• Author, "Using Critical Incidents to Support Analysis of Teaching," in Reflective Practices.
• Presenter, Developing Teacher Portfolios American Educational Research Association
• Awarded National Writing Project (NWP) mini-grant to develop bilingual literacy curriculum models
• Directed teacher institute through Oregon Writing Project, taking Oregon teachers to Ecuador to teach and study
• Worked with Albatross Foundation and PT-3 grant funding to develop joint curriculum project between schools in Salem and Ecuador
• Taught marine science and developed English curriculum for school in Ecuador
