We are pleased to introduce four newly elected members of the WUAA Board of Directors: Fritz Holznagel '83, Andrea Spuck '86, Steven Baxter MAT'13 and Morgan Gratz-Weiser '13. Along with other current Board members, these four Bearcats will be working to represent all Willamette alumni Don't hesitate to contact them with questions or suggestions. Always a Bearcat!

Chapter Presidents in the Bay Area and Puget Sound!
Along with our new Board members, we are also pleased to introduce Peter Bergstrom '09 as Bay Area Chapter President and Jazmyn Li '11 as Puget Sound Chapter President!
About Peter:
Peter moved to San Francisco in the summer of 2009, three months after graduating with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry. After a friend and fellow Bearcat helped him find a job, he stayed in the Bay Area, which he has called home for the last five years. "My life here would not exist without the Willamette connection and I'm excited to have the ability to share my experiences with you all" - Peter Bergstrom '09.
About Jazmyn:
After graduating with a degree in Economics in 2011, Jazmyn took on a role as a pre-sales engineer at a fast growing software company. An avid home cook, urban farmer and global traveler, Jazmyn enjoys her life in Seattle and looks forward to become more involved with the alumni community. She currently lives in West Seattle with her husband Stephen Demergasso ’09 and their cat Noodles.

Come out to the ballpark and cheer on the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes on August 23 (6:35 game time) with fellow Bearcats! Willamette staff, faculty, alumni and current and incoming students will be in attendance, so join the WU party at Volcanoes Stadium by purchasing a ticket! Willamette's Athletic Director, Dave Rigsby '00, will get things started by throwing out the first pitch and WU will own the night from then on as the Volcanoes battle the Tri-City Dust Devils. Box seat tickets are just $10 and for an additional $11, attendees can also enjoy a delicious BBQ dinner.

The WUAA Alumni Board of Directors wants to send a big, heartfelt "THANK YOU!" to the more than 2,200 alumni who made gifts to The Willamette Fund in the 2013-2014 school year. Thanks to the ongoing investment in their success, today’s students enjoy the same extraordinary experience we had; a beautiful campus environment, the opportunity to build life-changing relationships, and access to outstanding resources, faculty and programs.
