About your Admission Counselor

Pronouns: She, her, hers

Favorite Things about Salem:

There are so many things that I love about Salem! There are a ton of amazing local restaurants and coffee shops. I also enjoy the comedy club downtown-it's within walking distance from campus, and they host a variety of local comedians, shows, and events!

Favorite Thing about Willamette:

The Bistro hands down. Our on campus coffee shop has huge, delicious cookies (Pro-tip: try microwaving one of their chocolate chip cookies, you won't regret it!)

Favorite College Memory:

Going on adventures with friends, late night laughter at diners, and exploring the Oregon coast at all hours of the evening!

Advice about Admission Process:

It can feel overwhelming and scary to start the application process. Whether it's researching colleges, visiting campuses, or figuring out what to write your essay about, just remember to stay true to yourself. It sounds a little cheesy, but college is an amazing time in your life to continue education, explore the world around you, and figure out who you want to be. Staying true to yourself, and what you want from your college experience will allow you to find a place that feels like home, and will support you on that academic and personal journey.
