Tennis 1 is an 8-week class that meets for 2 hours twice a week. The class is open to all skill levels-beginner to advanced. The basic strokes and rules will be reviewed including serve, ground strokes, volleys, lobs and scoring. Drills are incorporated with ball machines and practice partners.
Rackets and balls are provided during class. Tennis is a great lifetime sport that can be enjoyed with friends and family!Students are encouraged to review the Fitness Course Policies and Regulations.
