Jordan Purdy

Visiting Assistant Professor of Mathematics, Willamette University

Jordan Purdy is the Class of '59 Endowed Visiting Professor at Willamette University.  He received his M.A. and Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences (Statistics Focus) from The University of Montana, and his B.S. in Mathematics from George Fox University.  He co-mentored an REU group in 2014 and serves as the "high-end" statistical consultant for Willamette University's Quantitative Understanding Analysis and Design (QUAD) Center.  Jordan is a huge baseball fan and hopes next year will be the year the Seattle Mariners return to the playoffs.
