Guest Choreographer, Fall Dance Concert • Fall 2019
Edromar "Mar" Undag is a dance artist, choreographer, and dance educator who graduated from the University of Utah with a BFA in Modern Dance. Throughout his dance career, Mar has had the great pleasure of performing in works by various choreographers while in the university setting as well as professionally post-graduation. In addition to his academic and performing pursuits, Mar has had his own choreographic work presented in various platforms including the American College Dance Association, Marriott Center for Dance, Rose Wagner Black Box Theater, Peery's Egyptian Theater, Salt Palace Convention Center, Brine Dance as well as different dance conventions in California, Oregon, and Utah.
Mar recently relocated back to Salt Lake City after performing with Polaris Dance Theater and Shaun Keylock Dance Company in Portland, OR. Upon his return, he worked with SALT II Contemporary Dance during their 2018-2019 as well as with project-based company, Cat + Fish Dances and has been creating new works for different studio dance companies in addition to his own personal choreographic pursuits.
