Calvin Steck is an Episcopal priest, language teacher, and classicist, retiring in 2010 as Director of Adult Education, Calvary Episcopal Church, Williamsville, New York. He has served as Dean of Academics and teacher of World Languages Ancient Modern, at Cardinal O'Hara High School, Tonawanda, New York; and music director and conductor of the Buffalo Recorder Society, an orchestra of twenty-five musicians, in Buffalo, New York. He and his wife, Gail, have settled into retirement in Salem.
