The following is the most up-to-date list of protocols we follow for our productions. This includes Theatre and Music department events, the Distinguished Artists Series, and Theatre 33.
House rules
- All audience members must wear face masks inside event spaces.
- Food is not permitted. You may bring your own water, preferably with a straw to reduce face mask movement.
Vaccination or testing requirements
Willamette University students and employees
You are required to present your Compass Card as they enter an event space, serving as proof that you abide by the University's protocols.
All other patrons (community & out-of-town guests, family, friends, etc.)
Admittance to events requires one (1) of the following:
- Proof of vaccination
This may be a completed vaccination card, or an electronic copy, with two dated vaccinations taken 14 days or more before the event. Booster shots are not required. - Negative PCR test
Negative PCR tests must have been taken within 72 hours of attendance at the event. Tests must be a SARS-CoV-2 viral test (either nucleic acid amplification test [NAAT], including polymerase chain reaction [PCR], or antigen test).
The test result must be in the form of written documentation (paper or electronic copy).
Antibody tests (also known as rapid tests) will not be accepted.
Children under age of 12
No proof of vaccination or negative test is required.
