Summer 2019

5-week position (June 17 – July 15)

During our summer program, Residential Assistant and Teaching Assistants (RATAs) are WU students who assist instructional staff in the classrooms during the day and manage dorm life in the evenings.  RATAs have the opportunity to plan co-curricular activities, develop a supportive peer group for students, and motivate students to attend college.  The term of employment for these positions is from June 17 until July 15 (this excludes staff training); during this time, RATA staff may not have any other substantial time-commitments.

This position is ideal for someone interested in education, community building, and working with youth in a fast-paced environment!

Academic Year '19-20

Willamette Academy is seeking WU students to work during the academic year to support middle and high school students in their pursuit of attending college.  We are now accepting applications for our Academic Mentor (AM) and Academic Support Program Assistant (ASPA) positions. These positions are part time, 10-12 hours a week.  If you looking for meaningful employment that will allow you to build relationships, make a difference, and strengthen your mentoring and administrative skills, you are who we are looking for!
