Immerse yourself in the life of an MBA candidate

PACE (Practical Applications for Careers and Enterprises) Presentation
Watch students' PACE (Practical Applications for Careers and Enterprises) presentations. Throughout their first year, students work in teams on a consulting project for a not-for-profit in the Oregon area. The year-long projects conclude with a 15 minute formal presentation by each team and time for questions. This event will give insight into the types of projects students complete and an introduction into how students solve real-world problems for clients in their classes.
Time: 11:00AM - 5:30PM
Admitted Students Day
Eat lunch with current students and our Dean, Mike Hand. Then, listen to alumni from both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors speak about their post-MBA careers. Two mock classes will follow; one from Accounting Professor Romana Autrey and a second from Quantitative Methods Professor Robert Walker.
A student experience panel will follow. Hear from current students about living in Salem, clubs and leadership opportunities, studying abroad, maintaining school, work and life balance, and career development in the program. The day will conclude with some light hors d'oevres and drinks.
Once registered, you'll receive more information about the event, parking, and other logistical information.
