Background: There are several National MBA Career Fairs held in the fall of each academic year. These Career Fairs are typically hosted by diversity associations and linked to conferences. They are attended by the Fortune 1000 MBA recruiters and top MBA students/alumni seeking work. For students seeking work at national organizations that do not actively recruit at Willamette, attending these career fairs is the one way to have the opportunity to meet the recruiters face-to-face, and be pulled into the hiring process. NOTE: All of these events are open to all MBA students from all backgrounds.
