The business minor can be paired with any College of Liberal Arts major, complementing the Willamette liberal arts experience with professional training in management and powerful tools that employers value.
The business minor is comprised of five courses, introducing students to the fundamentals of management and managerial disciplines—leadership, accounting, organizations, finance, and marketing and strategy.

Students may register for individual courses, but priority will be given to those participating in the business minor. Students who complete the minor will have access to specialized career services, offered through Atkinson's Career Management.
The Atkinson School continues to offer graduate management options to Willamette undergraduate students through the BA/MBA track, a program leading to a degree in the liberal arts and the Willamette MBA in just five years. The Willamette MBA is nationally recognized and ranked number one in Oregon for the quality of its early career programs that feature rigourous management training and consequential learning experiences in an intimate and collaborative learning environment which is a hallmark of Willamette.
