Willamette University Music Dept. presents a Faculty Chamber Music for Strings and Piano Concert
Four members of Willamette University's music faculty will present a free concert on Wednesday, February 6 at 7:30 p.m. in Hudson Hall. The performers are Jean-David Coen, piano, Valdine Mishkin, cello, Daniel Rouslin, violin, and Kimberlee Uwate, viola. The program will include colorful sonatas for each of the individual string instruments and piano by Claude Debussy, Rebecca Clarke, and Johannes Brahms. The program will conclude with the gripping Quartet in G Minor for Piano and Strings by French composer, Gabriel Fauré.
