In response to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention regarding mass gatherings and spread of COVID-19, the university, departments and student orgs will likely be canceling events in the coming weeks.
If your canceled event has been submitted to the university's online calendar, please follow these instructions.
- Go to the online calendar.
- Sign in.
- Find your event and go to the event's webpage.
- Click "Edit" near the top right of the screen.
- Add the word CANCELED in all caps to the beginning of the event.
- Add a sentence in the event description explaining the event has been cancelled.
- Publish the updates by clicking on "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the page.
