Human Resources Team
Willamette faculty and staff are doing exceptional work during this unprecedented time. Our community is grateful to those staff reporting to campus each day to keep our institution safe and operational; and, we are grateful to those working remotely but still providing service to the community that feels supportive and personal.
As we all try to adapt to new routines and find balance with unique challenges and responsibilities, the HR team wants to point you to some resources to care for yourself and your community. These include weekly virtual coffee gatherings with colleagues, telehealth counseling resources, mindfulness-based programming, and some quick videos about self-care.
