Daily Update
Anticipating the fall semester
COVID-19 Committee
Our committee of staff, faculty and students representing all four colleges are already looking to the fall semester and planning for multiple scenarios of what campus life may be. This preparation includes planning for classes, housing, food service, student activities, study abroad, facilities management, and every aspect of the Willamette experience.
We expect the Oregon Health Authority to approve the phased reopening guidelines for colleges and universities within the next few weeks. As soon as they do, our committee will work with people across the Willamette community to develop and implement concrete plans for reopening the university. Campus leadership will communicate these plans and adjustments as they develop.
