New WITS service request system

Email your service requests or enter them online.

This morning WITS transitioned to a new service request system. You will continue to be able to submit service requests by sending email to or by completing a service request. We ask that all service requests be submitted through one of these channels, rather than contacting a WITS staff member directly. Utilizing the service request system to submit requests will allow WITS to more effectively respond to and monitor the status of your requests.

Once a new request is submitted you will receive a confirmation email and an initial response from a WITS staff member typically within 60 minutes. As with our legacy system, you will be able view the requests you have submitted.

WITS will be migrating requests previously submitted to the legacy service request system. This will result in two notification emails, one indicating your old request has been closed, and one confirming it has been recreated in the new service request system. Because the legacy system is no longer available, be sure to replace any old bookmarks you might have saved to:
