This morning WITS transitioned to a new service request system. You will continue to be able to submit service requests by sending email to wits@willamette.edu or by completing a service request at https://services.willamette.edu/servicedesk/customer/portal/8. We ask that all service requests be submitted through one of these mechanisms and not by contacting a WITS staff member directly. Utilizing the service request system to submit requests will allow WITS to more effectively respond to and monitor the status of your requests.
Once a new request is submitted you will receive a confirmation email and an initial response from a WITS staff member typically within 60 minutes. As with the legacy system, you are able view the requests you have submitted.
Requests previously submitted to the legacy service request system will be transitioned to the new system resulting in email notifications that your previous requests have been closed and new requests opened. Because the legacy system is no longer available, be sure to replace any old bookmarks you might have saved to: https://services.willamette.edu/servicedesk/customer/portal/8
