During one of the most challenging semesters in recent history, WITS User Services staff have have taken some unique opportunities to adjust positions and responsibilities to better serve the Willamette community.
As many of you know, long-time Willamette employee Robert Minato, our senior USC and consultant for administrative staff, retired in July. This created an opportunity for WITS to modify the position while leveraging the skills and knowledge of another long-time WITS'er, Chris Gramlich, to serve administrative users (including his WITS colleagues) with troubleshooting, application support, training, and employee on-boarding. His extensive history in a wide variety of roles with WITS makes his contribution irreplaceable. Although this expanded role, and the vacancy he left at the Help Desk, will continue to evolve, Chris enthusiastically accepted this new challenge and he has our sincerest thanks.
