Beginning Saturday, Workday users will notice a few changes.

As part of routine twice-yearly updates, Workday is rolling out a few changes that will affect user experience.

Beginning Saturday, Sept. 11, Workday users will notice two main changes. The first is the Workday Search Bar; the Search Bar is moving from the top left of the screen to the middle. The updated Search function also allows for more precision — users can specify if they are searching for people, tasks, reports, etc. to narrow down results.

The second change is to the benefits enrollment process. Instead of clicking through multiple screens to see each benefit offering, employees will be able to see all the benefit types available for change at once. This makes it easier to select only the relevant benefit plans for your qualifying life event. More detailed instructions can be found at the link.
