The Fitness program has quickly grown into one of the most popular programs here at Willamette University. Traditionally, we have offered a variety of courses including: Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Kick, Water Aerobics, Step, Hip-Hop, Aikido, First Aid, African Dance, Salsa Dance, and many more.
New information on classes!
Classes are no longer a register for separate classes format. Instead you wil register for an all acces Group Fitness Class. This pass will allow you access to any and all of the group fitness classes. Try out as many as you like or stick to one. Although classes will most likely not fill up. The morning of for some classes a link will be available below for online registration for the class that day. You can then pick up a physical pass from the Sparks Fitness Center staff prior to class to then give to your instructor.
FREE CLASSES: Bootcamps taught by Kosti will be free for all students, faculty, and staff this year. The intensity of the boot camps is up to you.

$35 for 5 weeks of classes
$70 for semester
