Challenge Start Date: January 29th

Sign-up Cost: $115 if you sign up before January 22nd, $135 if you sign up after

Savings: $42.50 for early bird, $22.50 regular price

What you get:

  • 8 weeks of:
    • One in person session with a Personal Trainer
    • Four additional workouts from your Personal Trainer
  • T-Shirt if you complete the Challenge
  • Drop-in boot camp with Kosti once a week
Objective:
  • Start or continue your fitness journey with guidance from a personal trainer
  • Achieve a personal fitness goal in 8 weeks
  • Challenge yourself in the 8 weeks leading up to Spring Break
  • Learn sustainable practices to continue to meet your goals even after the challenge is complete
Prizes
  • Shirt upon completion
  • Prize for best team based on points
Rules:
  1. Teams must have 4 people.
  2. Teams may earn 5 points for attending group sessions, 5 points for attending a boot camp with Kosti, 1 point for doing outside workouts (per individual), and possible additional bonus points.
  3. To report outside workouts, you must check in with the Fitness Staff member on duty.
