If you are a former Willamette student who has a balance due on your student account, we ask that you do the following:
- Keep your following contact information current (email changes to firstname.lastname@example.org)
- mailing address
- phone numbers
- email addresses
- Make monthly payments. We can work with you to come up with a reasonable payment plan.
In exchange, we will not charge interest or fees on these balances, and we do not report balances to the credit bureaus.
We do, however, place a hold on your transcripts and your ability to register at Willamette in the future. These holds are released once the account is brought to paid-in-full status.
If your willamette.edu email address is still active, you can log in to Bill+Payment and pay electronically. Your Willamette email address may stay active for up to a year after you've left Willamette.
If you no longer have access to Bill+Payment and would like to make electronic monthly payments, please email email@example.com and we will assist you in gaining access.
Payments by Mail
You can also mail checks, cashier's checks, or money orders to:
Attn: Student Accounts
PO Box 24285
Seattle, WA 98124-0285
Please write your student account number in the memo line of the check!
Payments in Person
Please stop by our office during business hours and we will be able to assist you. You can pay by cashier's check, money order, or personal check. We do not accept credit card payments on student account balances except online through Bill+Payment. Effective August 12, 2020, cash payments must be exact change only.
If your balance was transferred to our collection agency, please pay directly to Williams & Fudge. You can log in to their website and pay them electronically by visiting https://www.paywfc.com/
