The university cashier performs departmental deposits and loans credit card machines to departments for short-term use.
Additionally, the cashier accepts check, cashier's check, and money order payments to student accounts from students and parents.
Direct Deposit for Refunds & Reimbursements
You can set up direct deposit for student account refunds and for expense reimbursements in just a few minutes! (This is NOT the same as payroll direct deposit!) Log in to the WU Portal, then click on Self Service. Once you're in, click on Banking Information and follow the instructions.
We've Moved! Office is Now Open
Effective Monday, August 12, 2020, we have merged our office with the Accounting office in room 104 of the University Services Building.
As of June 7th, our combined office is open Monday through Thursday. Due to limited in-person staffing, we are closed from noon to 1:00PM for lunch. Staff is working remotely on Fridays.
You may continue to bring departmental deposits to the locked drop box right outside the Accounting office by Tuesday of each week so it can be processed in time for the armored pickup.

As of August 12, 2020, the cashier's office will no longer accept cash as payment. All payments should be made electronically through Bill+Payment, or made by check, cashier's check, or money order.
