The university cashier performs departmental deposits, issues change funds for departments, issues short-term cash boxes for departments and student organizations, and loans credit card machines to departments for short-term use.
Additionally, the cashier accepts cash or check payments to student accounts from students and parents.
Office Closed - Employees Working from Home
Effective Monday, March 23rd, our office on the ground floor of Waller Hall is closed and the cashier is working from home.
Please turn your departmental deposits in to the Accounting office on Tuesdays. This is located in the University Services Building (behind the Law building). The building is locked, but employees can enter through the Campus Safety door and walk to Accounting.
We will not be checking out credit card machines or short-term change funds for the remainder of the semester.
If you are a student and you have a petty cash refund request, please call or send us an email and we will make arrangements to assist you.

Direct Deposit for Refunds & Reimbursements
You can set up direct deposit for student account refunds and for expense reimbursements in just a few minutes! (This is NOT the same as payroll direct deposit!) Log in to the WU Portal, then click on Self Service. Once you're in, click on Banking Information and follow the instructions.
