Take over Willamette’s Snapchat

Bearcats, apply to share your Willamette story on the university’s Snapchat account.

We’re looking for enthusiastic Bearcats with unique perspectives to take over the university’s Snapchat account to showcase Willamette’s diverse campus life.

We hope the vast majority of takeovers will be by students, but we’re also open to faculty, staff and alumni takeovers.

If you’re hoping to cover a time-sensitive story or event, please fill out this form at least three weeks before the desired takeover. You may be asked to consider a different date than you request.

If you are selected, you will need to meet with Tom Mayhall Rastrelli, director of digital communications, to discuss being featured and consent to the Snapchat Takeover Agreement.

If you are on campus, you will check out a mobile phone from University Communications that you will use for the the takeover. If you are away from campus, you must provide your own cellphone. If you are selected, the director of digital communications will contact you to work out the details.

Thank you for applying.
